Program Info > Advisement

Students interested in a degree in Environmental Geosciences are encouraged to contact the Director of Undergraduate Studies. When the students are accepted into the major, they will meet with the Director of Undergraduate Studies to design a course of study that matches their needs within the degree guidelines. As appropriate, the student may be reassigned an advisor whose specialties aligned with the students interests.

Students must meet with their advisor at least once a semester prior to registering for the following semester. At the time of the advisement appointment, the student’s academic record (all university, general education, and departmental requirements) is reviewed and any concerns are discussed.
